I stayed here one night with my mother. The host was very kind and they offered nice breakfast. my mother also liked here. I would like to recommend here to everyone!! only 10 mins from subway station and very quite place.

My daughter and I spent 3 days at this B&B. The warm welcome that we received from Gerald, his great help, the interesting conversations at breakfast in the morning - as well as the tasty but healthy breakfast - and the atmosphere at Aunt Beas made our stay very pleasant. We felt more than comfortable there and would absolutely recommend this address to anyone coming to DC. It's a home away from Home. Location was good - quiet neighbourhood, with the metro close by (10 minutes to city centre).

A great place to stay if you are in the Washington area. easily accesible and good value and a very helpful and professional host. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast. Gerald, the owner,was very nice, thoughtful and gave us alot of good tips to visit Washington D.C. The breakfast in the morning was amazing: fresh products, healthy and delicious. we definitely reccomend this place and we will stay here again next time we are in D.C.

Not far from the metro, the host, Gerald, was really nice. The bedroom was great. We really liked our stay there.

Perfect Little B&B! This cute little B&B was absolutly perfect. You get greated by a super friendly owner who helps you out with everything you possibly can need. He shows you where to go, what to do and where you can eat. It was perfectly clean and really nice big rooms. Brekfast was so amazing and worth coming for in it self. Good location with super easy access to the subway and close to town in a safe neighbourhood!! Loved it

What a delightful B&B... Situated on the NE side of Washington DC, Aunt Beas is a pleasant, easy to access, and quiet. Furthermore, Gerald is an excellent host and provides very helpful information and a great breakfast. I stayed for two nights over weekdays with my girl, and we both found the place to be lovely. Check it out if they've got space, seems to fill up quite fast.

Gerald was a perfect host! Wonderful healthy breakfast! Great time, about a block and a half from the Metro. The neighborhood was interesting, but at no time did we have any issues. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Gerald is such a lovely host, I arrived at midnight and he stayed up to greet me! As a solo female traveller, it was so nice to stay at such a welcoming, safe and well located place. The breakfast was fantastic too! 10/10

It was a lovely white house. The community was very quiet. Very convenient. Near metro station, CVS and a few restaurants. The host was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and healthy! The room was a little bit small for two people, and there was not much to do nearby. But the bathroom was very clean. Free bottle water! I definitely wanna stay there again!

The "white house" is lovely, the innkeeper is really nice and thoughtful, and the breakfast is good. Even though the location is not in the tourist center, it is close to subway station and takes less than 20 minutes to travel to any sightseeing spot. It is a five star choice, and I will recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at Aunt Beas for just one night but really liked it. The owner, Gerard is really nice and helpful and his breakfast is awesome. Would absolutely recommend it
