We paid approximately 50euros for a room with a double bed and then a shared bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. I liked the simplicity of it. The modern art all over the hostel adds a contemporary feeling, which I also liked.

The hostel was great, really quiet which is what I was looking for. The location was in the very pretty area of Prenzlauer Berg. My room was really large for a single, it had a double bed and was really nice and warm. There was a small communal area but I never saw anyone there, this is definitely not a party hostel.

Loved this place- they have paintings all over the place made by folks in programs for art for handicapped, and flowers. The guys who ran it were really friendly and helpful, the lounge was comfy, and it was really clean too. The area is good as well, there's really great cultural stuff around, both official and underground. NOT a party hostel, thank god! A nice place to base yourself for a good time in Berlin.

Nice location in east Berlin, easy transfer to other parts of town, excellent stuff and info provided, clean room and toilets Cons: wi fi was not working in my room, it would be good to have small tv or freezer in the room, colorful walls could be much enjoyable

Great Hostel, great location, very comfy

Very comfortable place to have a rest before Berlin marathon, pleasant area around - sper cafes and restaurants, easy access to city center.

Great hostel in a good location close to a metro station, only 2 stops from main hub. Clean facilities, would stay again no problem

Stayed in a double room private with my boyfriend for a conference and some extra days of sightseeing. Great place in a great area of Berlin. Full of restaurants and bars yet the hostel itself it's not in the middle of it so noise is not a problem. Close to public transport for the city centre and only a few stops from Alexanderplatz. Would definitely stay there again. Clean and quite new.

The hostel was very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. The area that the hostel was in was also very nice, lots of nice bars and restaurants around.

The staff at Aurora Hostel are very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean, which is a big plus. Also, it's in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the nearest U-bahn - so even though the hostel is not right in the centre of Berlin, accessing all the tourist sights are quite easy from there. The comfortable bed and rooms make for some of the best sleep I've had staying in a hostel. Great neighbourhood with good bars, restos, etc.
