Excellent location in a cool part of town. Very clean. I booked a 'single' room but was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room & (very comfy!) double bed. I stayed mid-week in November, and so it was probably a quiet time, but I barely saw another soul! Great, as it meant it was quiet at night and I never had to wait for a bathroom (there were heaps of them anyway). But if you want to meet other travellers, probably not the best place. While we only stayed for 1 night, our reception host made it a welcoming experience. The rooms are minimal, but clean, comfortable and quiet -- as long as you aren't facing Papelallee, which gets quite noisy late at bartime. The in-room WiFi was much appreciated, as were the crisp, immaculate white linens and the large bathrooms on each floor. Although Aurora doesn't offer ensuite bathrooms, there are so many on each floor that it doesn't really matter. Excellent place, the motion detector showers in the bathroom were a little weird though. Noise wasn\'t an issue, beds were SUPER comfortable and the entire place was clean. This hostel is excellent, is more loke a hotel. Very clean and safe, and well localized, near to underground and bus. Im Patricia from spain and I really recommend this hostel is was clean, the location was good is a few minutes walking from a metro stop, the only thing is that doesnt have a lift and I was staying in the 3rd floor and the matress was a little bit old.
