This hostel is amazing, feels like coming home!! They've got a cosy fireplace to snuggle around in the evenings, and there's always something organised so really easy to meet people. Probably the coolest thing was that they have free kayaks which you can take on to the sea to go wave kayakking, and also canoes and other stuff. I'd love to have more time to stay there longer! very friendly staff

Only stayed for one night, though the location was good, and they had free canoe hire for the river the hostel was really noisy, from our room we could hear every movement in the hostel all night. Even the toilets! Staff were polite but we have had far better value for money in other hostels we have stayed in. We had a double private room but - reminded me slightly of a prison. Having said that every thing was clean.

We loved this hostel and ended up staying for 4 more nights becasue we loved the staff and the atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and often gave us lifts to places when we needed. I would definatley recommend this hostel to anybody who stays in coffs- it is the best one! and possibly one of the best ive stayed in on my 6 month trip so far!

Great 2 night stay here, staff member was waiting to meet us off the bus and he took us for a quick introductory tour of coffs harbour. Everyone was friendly, rooms and showers clean and spacious. Plenty of activities to get involved in. Pool was big and clean. Only thing is they could do with more plug sockets around. Easily could have stayed so much longer!

The staff was great. They all were really friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, beside from the fact, that the hostel is a bit outmoded, I can't tell anything bad.

Aussitel is a very clean place with a lot of character and atmosphere. After 2 days it felt like home because its not that "hospital like" than many other hostels. Its easy to meet people, the common rooms are always full of life! But its also a place to relax because its not a loud party-drinking-accomodation. There are always great people who organize different activities (free canoeing/body boarding, BBQ night...) and the stuff is also very friendly, helpful and dedicated! I´ll be back :-)

We had a really nice stay in a highly underrated city! The staff was really nice to help us if we wanted to discover the city, and if we had other general problems. The rooms are quite big and are cleaned every morning. It's cheap and good i will definately recommend this hostel to everybody who thinks about going to Coffs Harbour!

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were great and there were lots of freebies thrown in and cheap BBQ's The only thing that bugged me was the TV went off at 11.30pm and the lights in off at 12.30pm. I thought I was an adult. This made me feel like a child.

A very good hostel, a little out of the way from the town but you have to be by the beach if you are going to be in Coff's Harbour. It's a long walk from the bus stop/town so be advised take them up on the shuttle bus from the the bus stop. Nice atmosphere, the guy who organised events was great really friendly guy.
