Paola does a wonderful job of providing information about the town and area with great details. She is really a pleasure to talk with and super genuine! The hostel is on a fairly quiet side street and the beds are good. And there are friendly pets! Our only complaint is that the walls are a little thin so if you sleep light, there can be noise from others, but we´ve heard this complaint from folks in other hostels around here too.

There are 2 dogs and a cat at the hostel- resulting in pet's hair everywhere. The common area is very nice though. It is very cold in the bathrooms and the kitchen as the walls are not isolated at all- in Patagonia.

Paula is an angel! The owner of the hostel does anything to make you feel at home, relax or help you around. The hostel has a nice B&B atmosphere and a big backyard for relaxing in the sun or an asado! Best place to get warmed up for your trek truh torres del paine or to relax after it!

The host was really friendly...it was quite a small hostel, so it was very nice in the evening to sit in the living room and talk to other guests. The living room was the nicest place in the hostel, because there was the oven. Our sleeping room was really chilly during the night, but they give you enough sheets.

stayed here for one night, room was very spacious but empty with two small beds with wheels. shower/bathroom facilities basic, kitchen quite small and breakfast very basic. we had a private room but were told that they do not give keys so security was a question. hostel also has a travel agency with the same name and admittedly Carla was extremely helpful. if you have any problem I would recommend to go to her, not so sure about the hostel though..

Dorm rooms were squished with not much space for bags because no bunk beds and can get cold at night, but Paula and Vincent were as helpful as you could ever ask, with all the info and recommendations you need, has a very homely feel about it.

Great quiet spot to prep for a trip to Torres del Paine. The facilities are so-so, but everything is kept impecably clean. Paula and Vincent were overwhelmingly helpful...they provided info about the park, tours, buses, the city of Puerto Natales, dinner spots, etc. Somewhat far from the center, but otherwise a great place to stay!
