The most unhelpful staff on check-in I have ever experienced. She basically barked at me the price and would not speak to me again. The bed was clean, but had a big burn in the sheet. The room however was just plain dirty. Bits all over the floor, had not been hovered for a long time. I could have written my name in the dust on the window and the desk. Showers were just dirty. I only stayed the one night and this was to cut down on traveling the next day for a job interview. I only met one member of staff when booking in. This gent was very helpful and friendly advising where to eat and how to get to my appointment the next day. The overall image of the place is that it could do with a bit of tlc that being said it was clean and in a good location if intending to exlore Freo.
