Showers could be warmer, sometimes it just takes a while. Otherwise excellent service, helpful staff with lots of tips and info about Dublin. Good breakfast (not just toast). Location is fantastic. The environment and atmosphere of the Avalon was the best I've ever seen in a hostel. The entire layout was brillant, and I love that the twelve person bedroom had a sprial staircase inside. The staff were also very helpful, and with the open community area, you were garuanted to meet new people. The staff were sort of helpful, but not so friendly. I was there in November, so i'd imagine during the tourist season there are more people and its more fun.
