- I booked a private room for 3 night but I stayed for 2 days in one room and the last day I had to change room; in particular after the 2nd night I had to do the checkout and wait for 4 hours for the new room (and so I had to pay the luggage room) - Many problems with wi-fi connection

Only 5 minutes walk from Temple Bar & Grafton Street. The rooms are quite nice, the beds are comfy. The toilet and shower facilities are cleaned pretty often, so they're quite clean. Some of the staff weren't very friendly, especially the older manager, he was extremely unhelpful with helping us get to the airport, he was a bit arrogant and rude. That's a minor detail though. Would definitely stay here again.

.1. I arrived by bicycle, It would be good if you had somewhere for people like me to put their bikes securely overnight. I was told to put it outside in an ally way which i wasn't happy with, so in the end I put it under the stairs. Again not really the best solution. 2. The room I was in on the 2nd floor had clanking water pipes, which meant I couldn't sleep. When I went to reception they seemed to know of the problem and gave me another room. So why was I given that room to start with.

The dorms were great, large floor to ceiling windows and a loft. It's attached to a cafe, which in convenient. The hallways are dark a feel like you're walking on a ship. Also, the bathrooms are creepy.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. They sorted out a problem with the room immediately and even ordered me a take-away for dinner because it was late and I was tired. Amazing value - where else can you get a single room for €30 in a European capital city?!

We had a private room. The heat wasn't working and we were freezing. They did bring us extra comforters but it was still almost unbearable. Also the room was not the cleanest. Our stay at four courts was better for the money.

I really did not like the staff. If a person has a rude profile should work in a different environment, not in a hostel.

A great set-up; comfortable room, good breakfast in the morning, and attentive staff. Would stay again.

I was woken on the hour by banging doors and noisy water systems...

The people in my room were quite smelly unfortunately but the hostel itself is great! This is the only time I have ever given a 100% rating for any hostel. Saying that, breakfast although free is a little limited (toast/cereal/milk/tea/coffee)

Please take care of the mold in the bathroom of room 101. The radiator did not work in room 101. Room 204 had a hole on the right side of the entrance door facing inward. Otherwise everything was just aight ! Thanks :)

For 30€ a night, one would expect warm water in the rooms. I read the sign saying that if it's cold, juste wait a bit, but it didn't really help... It's a shame since otherwise, the hostel is very nice.
