The facility has seemed good and I was not much time on it to make use of their services. Your problem is its location as it is outside the Centre and in a very isolated area, dark and public transport links, making it difficult accessibility. Furthermore, the building is not well identified, so lost. It's good that instruction to reach the optimal route, mostly for when you arrive at night, which is desolate area.
