Excellent value for money, well located, good service, friendly and helpful staff, very good facilities, nice view, nice swimming pool!

The owner is a really nice helpful guy and he even gave us a lift to Nazareth at a fair price. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Good coffee and tea which are both free! We weren't here long but enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The hostel is OK. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful (he was round pretty much 24h per day). The dorm was clean and had a fridge in it. The kitchen is not worth calling it like this, a tiny room without any chairs and tables, almost no equipment there and not very well-kept.

I think personally it's the best hostel in Tiberias. It's not fancy, but it's clean and the location is great - right near the promenade and old city. We had a lovely balcony from which you can see the sea. It is not on the beach if that's what you need however.

I felt the room we were in could have been set up more attractively (the bed sheets could have gone with the color the room was painted, and the cords stretched across the one bed to the electrical outlet did not look nice). Also, the only electrical outlet in the room that worked was not securely attached to the wall, and the plug kept falling out.

No lockers, no atmosphere. Not clean. The room door did not close properly. When I needed something from the staff, the gave me the feeling that I bothered them.

It was more like a 1-2 star hotel, very basic and no hostel-atmosphere at all. The guys at the reception were like some greasy machos ;)

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the room was comfortable. Easy access to Highway 90 and the Sea of Galilee.

the guy at lobby changes, neither much in term of help. wanted to even charge me 2 sheckles per minute to make a call to the railroad. I asked for tour info center, they gave me directions, but it has been closed for almost a year. Some help. Facilities are cheap and its more like a hotel, so recomend anyway.
