Stayed with 2 friends in August. Great owner, place was clean and good value for the money. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to save money and still have a clean, safe place.

Excellent place to stay. Cannot say enough about the positives. Close to the centre of the city, very clean, and Marco is extremely knowlegable and hospitable, lovely guy. A wonderful place to compliment an amazing city. Will definitely choose Ayhome again for future trips to Bologna.

A wonderful place app, as all the others say. I can't add anymore positive. So, so you can enjoy the place even more, a couple expectation settings: - There isn't any reception desk. This means no just dropping by to check-in. You need to coordinate with Marco, who is accommodating. After checki-in no reception is no problem at all, at least for me, as guests are given keys for coming and going at will. - From the main train station if you have bags, transportation advisable. Thats it, enjoy

A lovely place to stay. Rooms were big and the whole place was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is shared but this wasn't usually a problem. The owner was very helpful and available. Good location in Bologna, however parking not provided and the closest parking is quite expensive (20 euro for a night). We ended up parking in a street about a 10 min walk away for around 60 cents per hour (but free after 8pm).

A sign outside the building would have been helpful as I walked straight passed the B&B not knowing it was there. It also would have been nice to have some fresh things for breakfast such as fruit and fresh bread etc rather than pre-packed food.

Marco was wonderful! He provided us with all the ins and outs of the city! The rooms were great and he even had hair blow dryers and products if you needed anything! We felt very safe, definitely recommend! LOVED our time in Bologna!

Really clean and nice! The rooms are beautiful and comfy. Less than 10 minutes from city centre and it has direct bus to the Central Station.
