good place, but the direction to the hostel was wrong, so we had problems about which bus we should take to go there.

although a little out of town there was great access to buses at the doorstep. By far the best way to get to town. Great breakfast. Would recommend and use again.

Owners were very helpful and welcoming. Very pleasant stay and would definetly recommend/return. Bed was very comfortable and food was excellent.

Visited Edinburgh during Fringe festival so accommodation was mostly booked out. Came to this guest house.. 12pounds taxi ride from the city centre or a 20 min bus ride. The accommodation itself was very spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The morning breakfast is definately a treat and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
