Everything was perfect except no take out food allowed in room, and no alternative to use dining room. So you have to make sure you eat before you come back, and this is only a downside if you want an early and quiet night in. Brian was wonderfully friendly and the atmosphere of aynetree was just fabulous.

Brian and Anne were great! Super nice and super helpful! Breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were lovely, and the atmosphere was perfectly quaint and quiet! A little outside the city center so it's not ideal for those who are not travel savvy and prefer to walk everywhere, but the bus stop is right outside the property and it's very easy to get into the heart of Edinburgh. Would definitely recommend!
