I was passing through Istanbul and booked one night in this hostel (arriving around midnight and just needing a short night's sleep before I move on). Anyway, I was greeted by two gentlemen who couldn't speak any English and who somehow communicated to me that I'm not in their computer and that I should just go away and look for another hotel, without offering any help on that matter. So, it was definitely an "experience" but not the one I was looking for..
