Likes Great location for getting into and out of Oaxaca by bus. Central location for walking around Oaxaca city.  Very friendly staff.  Very clean rooms and communal areas.  Good inside and outside chill areas, good wifi in all areas. Mixed dorm/private room accommodation. Lovely garden area. Good breakfast. Dislikes Could improve their knowledge and increase their tours provided by others.

It's a very nice place to stay although it was very quite when we stayed there. But the stuff is friendly, it's very clean, the atmosphere is really nice and the breakfast is rich! :-) Would stay there again.

Great setting but a little bit far from downtown. Loved the yard and the sinks.

This is an amazing hostel. Its very homey, with a beautiful grass courtyard (rare), comfy lounge area, and its spotlessly clean. The staff are the best- I got ill and they helped me with everything and even visited me in the hospital. There are DVD´s, books, games, free internet and water and beers for sale. The only minor minus would be that it´s not the closest hostel to the centre, but its still a very walkable distance. Have stayed in lots of hostels and this is one of the best!

This is such a great hostel, the staff are really friendly and helpful, everything's clean, secure, the wi-fi's good, the breakfast is good, the garden's beautiful, hot showers aren't common in this part of the world, but you can get them here, as long as you're first and shower quickly! It's a nice quiet place, you can drink, but I see this as more of a relaxed hostel. Really recommend.

Azul was a slightly more expensive and just out of town but the cleanliness, security and staff well and truly made up for it. Highly recommended. We stayed in a double private room.

Very nice Hostel. Staff, bathroom and atmosphere was very good. The only problem is the location, becouse it is not so close of Zocalo and San Domingos church. It is more ou less 7 blocs, but is safe walk until there even at night.

A great place to stay, the garden area is very relaxing. At breakfast time you get to meet lots of people. Although not located right in the centre it's an easy 15 minute walk. It also means the hostel is quiet at night. Everyone working at the hostel are helpful and friendly. I love the fact they made a Christmas dinner and party for guests. They are also very aware of the different events going on in and around the city. I definitely plan to stay there again on my next visit.
