Except the location (close to the train station, plus, but how bad and dangerous this area is!!! ) I was happy for my stay in this hostel. When we arrived we paid in cash. I looked at my credit card activity that afternoon and saw that they charged us for the room on the card. They said they thought we were another couple who didn't show so they charged our card for all three nights, that they'd reverse the charge and that it would take three days. One month later, there's no reversal, no email replies, and they won't answer when I call (they must have caller ID). This happened to someone on TripAdvisor as well. When we arrived we paid in cash. Great hotel. Very close to the train station which takes you to pompeii and other major attractions. Staff was helpful and recommended great resturants and where to go. Would return to this location. Breakfast was brought to the room! free internet wi-fi in the room

Our stay was excelllent, except for the fact that there was nobody at the reception to check us in when we arrived there and the entrance was closed, so we had to wait outside more than one hour without any idea of when we could get inside. Very nice hostel,rooms were clean,good location close to the train station. Only the announced internet connection had a very poor signal (didn't work in our room) and when connected at the reception, it was extremely slow.
However, there were no other negatives at all.
