Amazing place. The staff are absolutely great and will help you out with anything you need. The location can't be beat and it is easy to find using the directions. Has really nice bathrooms, good kitchen, nice warm beds. I was nervous about staying here because of a few old reviews but my after being there I would definitely go again. Amazing place. the room was basic but perfect for what we wanted. The hostel staff were not very informative and always seemed pre-occupied but the people staying there were very helpful. The breakfast was nice but served but two very moody ladies, however all in all we loved our stay and the location is perfect.the room was basic but perfect for what we wanted. A localização é boa, o quarto é amplo é agradavel, porém o funcionario que nos recebeu foi péssimo. Estava frio, o sitema de aquecimento desligado e ele se negou a nos fornecer cobertor extra. fomos embora no dia seguinte. Além disso enquanto dormíamos, pela manhã o funcionário da limpeza entrou no quarto- feminino, sem nossa autorização. Como em veneza tudo é perto, não vale ficar neste hostel só pela localização. Don´t go to this hostel. The only good thing is the location. The staff is unfriendly, the bathroom is disgusting, the room completely dirty and I got bed bug bites all over my body.
