We had a fantastic time at GIOVY! Giovanna made us feel vey welcome and when she found out it was our wedding annversary she left a gift for us and also gave us a leaving present.She could not be more helpful throughout our stay in Rome and has made it all the more memorable for us.A fantastic host and a fantastic B&B.We had a fantastic time at GIOVY! The hostel is in a great location and the hostess is extremely helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stay if you're planning a sightseeing trip. We did find the hostel slightly noisy on some occasions - mainly at siesta time when people are taking showers (which you could hear from our room). Because the rooms all lead off a corridor you can here the chit chat from reception through the door. Giovanna is amazing. She makes you feel like you're family and goes out of her way to help you with anything. The B&B is so close to the main station and the rooms are clean, secure and have air conditioning. You don't need much more.Giovanna is amazing. giovanna is the best hostess u can ever get. our flight got delayed, so we only reached the hostel at 230am. but she didn\'t complain, and was extremely hospitable! the next day, we had to leave for the vatican museum really early and had to skip breakfast - [cornettos, biscuits, coffee cereal etc], but she packed our breakfast for us and put it in our room so that we could eat it when we got back. the rooms very REALLY clean, with comfortable beds, fridge, tv, ac. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Giovanna made us feel so welcome - we were very sad to leave. Giovanna's only concern was to make us happy and comfortable. We felt like guests in her home and that had known her all our lives. Comfy bed, quiet room and yummy breakfast - all the necessay things when on holidays in a crazy city like Rome! Would not hesitate in recommending anyone to stay here. If we are lucky enough to return to Rome - we would not consider anywhere else.We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
