Very clean and confortable. The breakfast was very poor, and only sweeties. The only problem was the owner appearing everytime to check what we were doing. He even turned off the light when I was inside the toilet, he thought that we had forgotten to turn it off. We didn't have any privacy, any little noise we did, he was there, checking on us.

there are 2 adriano`s one is very close to the railway station but not that close to the city sights. the rooms are decorated in an average way. the woman( from the staff) is very nice and helpful the other adriano is better located in the center. the house is more chracteristic and the staff is very nice breakfast inside the room is not that nice in bothe Adriano`s but if you are there for sightseeing you can ignor that discomfort

There was a small group of us that stayed there for a night on a weekend trip to Bologna. Very good location between the train station and the city center. The staff was helpful getting us our breakfast and giving us directions around town.

Surprisingly hard to find as there are no outward signs that there's a b&b in the building, but once inside, Adriano himself makes you feel right at home. Large and clean room with a very friendly owner who is available 24/7 and keeps an eye on who enters/leaves the floor. Breakfast was available, but not great to eat 3 days in a row. But there's Nespresso so no complaints! If you go there, find his name on the tiny bell next to the door to enter.

Generally, it was a good stay. There was a problem with wifi, but to the managebale degree. I also enjoy served breakfast in the mornings - kind of pleasant thing to have in Italy. The host was nice and polite, and helpful.

Great place to stay however, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay then probably not the best place to stay as is in the centre of town and you can hear all the traffic. Amazing location though for those who don't mind about the noise. And absolutely lovely family!

Adriano was very friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant and the B&B is in a gods central location. We loved our time there.
