Great location, very useful directions email to find the place, amazing courtyard on the Grand Canal. Room was fine, as were the two en suites. The only negative was that my friend sleeping in the single bed woke up each day bitten by bugs, and also found it a bit too much like a camp bed rather than an actual single. However, this wasn't enough to spoil our stay.

Staff was very nice, we had booked our reservation only minutes before the front desk had closed that night and they left us a key outside so we could still get in. Very nice place, however when we awoke we were covered in bug bites. Not far from train station, very near to shops and town.

Very cute location. Best place to eat just below it.

Rooms are large enough (in particular for Venice), but quite loud. We were waken up whenever somebody would be coming in through the main door. Little natural light (window in an ackward place, looking out to the bottom of a staircase).
