Rooms are large enough (in particular for Venice), but quite loud. We were waken up whenever somebody would be coming in through the main door. Little natural light (window in an ackward place, looking out to the bottom of a staircase).

We chose this bed and breakfast for the location. However the room had some disadvantages, such as the location of some kitchen exhaust close to the bathroom window, and a dark/small bedroom. The breakfast ok, the staff was friendly.

"Plastic" breakfast (i.e. plastic cutlery, industrial bakery, etc.) but very good location (near Rialto bridge, nice neighborhood)

Very good, but the heater was not big enough to keep us warm, so I didn't sleep well.
