We liked our staying at this hostel. The location is perfect. And the room is very cozy and cats are very funny :)

Had a really really good time in this hostel. The owner was very kind. Made us an aperitivo in her terrace with Italian vine, also made some breakfast. Room was cozy and spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. Location is in the city center, like 5 minutes to Arena. Definitely would recommend this hostel to anyone.

It was a nice place, the owner was really friendly, took us to a performance put on by her acting company for free, which was amazing. She does have cats, which we didn't know ahead of time, good thing we are not allergic:)

My girlfriend and I shared this cozy room our first few nights in Verona. It was absolutely wonderful, and literally a few minutes walk from the Arena downtown. Perfect location! We were able to explore most of the city on foot (highly recommend going to see the beautiful gardens of The Giusti Palace and Garden (Italian: Palazzo e giardino Giusti). Our host was very thoughtful, gave us a nice breakfast every morning and even some wine one afternoon. She has two adorable cats, Bant and Basilio!

In the description it says the B&B is 200 meters from the arena. While it is definitely walking distance, and a comfortable walk, it is not 200 meters, probably a mile. But easy to get to and a clean space, the bed was very comfortable. There is no shower, but a bath. This seemed pretty common amongst all the places I stayed in Italy aside from actual hotels though. Very reasonable and a good choice if going to see the Arena.

We had a great time with Ornella . She had all arranged for us and we had a pleasent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Verona. Ornella was a great host and her apartment was beautiful. She gave us a bottle of wine one evening and prepared breakfast for us every morning. Only negatives we have are that we had to check out at 9 when our confirmation stated check out was at 10:30 and that when we informed Ornella that our coach was not until 1am in the morning there was no offer given to keep our bags at the house so we had to carry them round with us for over 15 hours!

Since it's really just a room in an apartment, don't forget to call one day in advance to make sure somebody’s going to be there to let you in. And the check-out is 9.30 not 10.30, but we were warned the evening before. Other than that the place is good value for money. Excellent location, the place is really clean and you have all your privacy. The room has a ceiling fan, good breakfast and towels included. The owner was friendly and left us some wine to enjoy in her terrace.
