No pude hacer uso de mi reserva ya que cuando llegue me dijeron que no podían darme mi habitación por tener el baño roto. Ni un e-mail avisando ni nada, me quede en la calle con cara de tonto. Además, la señorita que me atendió por el portero automatico (ni siquiera abrió la puerta) tuvo la poca humanidad de ni ayudarme a conseguir otro alojamiento, simplemente me dio unos números de teléfono (eso también lo puedo conseguir yo en internet). Lamentable.

The place is ok, but the owner is not friendly. The problem was a broken vessel,the owner was upset and when this accidentaly happened she demanded 50,00 euros as reimbursment. We felt very bad.

Ornella is so nice! She makes you feel like home! She tells you what to see in Verona, where to eat!! The room is wonderful and so comfortable. I definitely recommend this B&B!! Probably the best sleep I had in Italy!!

Very good "hostel" although it is not a real hotel. Hospitality, cleanliness and location were all highlights. I would stay thera again.

Definitely one of the best bed and breakfast I have been, it's really private and clean. Also when we arrived, there were aromatic candles, that was a nice detail. 100% recommended

The landlady was so cute and helpful. She even put chocolates on our colorful colors! It was so sweet. Everyting was as clean as possible. There were some incenses giving the room pleasant fragrance. But there is no wi -fi. However if you are lucky you can catch a signal from outside.

I loved stay in B&B Arena Artistic. The accomodation is very great, big and confortable. The B&B is next to the most importants turistics points in Verona, like Arena and Julieta´s house. The breakfast is great and the recepction is very warm. I recommed!

The service is perfect and the place is so cute!

Our hostess was extremely helpful, friendly but not overbearing, and our accommodation was comfortable and homey. It is suitable for people of all ages and travel styles. We would definitely stay here again.
