Not too bad. The main problem was locating the place and getting someone to answer the doorbell. Location quite close to the arena and quite a nice little area on the 4th floor.

Lovely little apartment style B&B, within walking distance from train station and very close to sights. Comfortable bed and bathroom, and great breakfast provided. Good internet. Despite being there with a number of other travellers, it didn't feel cramped or out of control at all. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very good - great service, great location and a comfortable room. I would recommend this B&B and definitely stay again.

Great location and Adriano couldn't have been more helpful.

We stayed for one night in May. Location is very good, just 5 minutes walking to Arena and historical center and about 15 minutes by feet to railroad station. Adriano is a very helpful and nice person. He let us in 2.5 hours before check-in time and took care of our bags when we were already exploring the city. You can enjoy your breakfast on balcony overlooking the city waking up (btw, you can take the food from the fridge whenever you want). Definitely recommended if you're looking for a b&b.

This B & B represents good value for money as there's a relative shortage of cheap places to stay in Italian cities. It was better than the one we used in Padua, having en-suite for same money. Use of host's tiny kitchen and attractive sitting room. Room was tiny however and basin waste-pipe not functioning properly. Host said plug was not up properly(!) Not so. It was blocked and needed fixing. Breakfast poor and food including bread left out all the time so not very fresh ingredients.
