Property Information:
B&B Biennale is located in the middle of the only big park in Biennale Giardini-St. Elena, a pretty and lovely green island at just twenty/thirty minutes, walking, from St. Mark square. At only five minutes, by bus-boat, from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale or S.Elen; better St. Elena Stop, in case you don't want to cross bridges with trolley). Public transport working all night long. No smoking area.
It is up to three steps from the ground level, and including one big and comfortable sleeping room (double bed) with kitchenette (the use of the kitchen is not included in the price and you have to ask to the owner), plus one comfortable sofa-bed, eventually for a third person, in the sitting dining room. The bathroom is new and big (Wc, bidet and a wide shower).
There is a good size color TV and internet plug connection.
We also have a second independent double-room for two persons without kitchen use. It is very pretty and nice, antico veneziano style, with self fridge, electric coffee and tea machine, TV with DVD and internet connection.

We only accept cash payments on arrival.
Check in: 11:00 or later. Please always advise about arrival time and details in order to arrange check-in.

Possibility to check in or check out at different times if prearranged.
Breakfast possible on request for an extra charge in different bars nearby. Please ask if interested (Price range between 2,40 and 3,00 euros)
For long periods, it is possible to make an agreement with the owner to use the kitchen.
(Price between 10 and 20 euros per day, depending on how long are you staying).
City tax not included (3 euros per person per night for a maximum of 5 days)
