The B&B was great, we arrived on a very late train and he waited to ensure we got in safe. Everything was very convenient, breakfast was small but acceptable, the room was very clean, the host provided great local information and it is conveniently located near the train station. The area of town at first seems seedy, but one block down are restaurants, outside seating, many other hotels, etc.
