This is a perfect B&B for your stay in Venice. Good location only minutes from Rialto Bridge. Nice quiet area. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast but just what you need. Comfortable bed but rooms are not very sound proof.

Thank you for hosting us. We had a wonderful holidays in venice, so great to have wifi and breakfast in the hostel. But the room is so chilly that we couldn't sleep well, it will be even better if the heater can work in the evening. thank you very much!

Great communication. Good location, nice frendly staff, self service exelent, kitchen available on request and well equipped. Nice plays for short stay. Family, worm atmosphere. Thank you once again

Great facilities considering the price. Bathrooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was very nice (about an eight minute walk from Piazza San Marco). There was no reception so make sure you get all your questions answered when you check in. The housekeeper is very nice and helpful, but does not speak English – just so you know. I definitely recommend this B&B! Great value considering how overpriced Venice can be!
