Absolutely brilliant, can't recommend highly enough. Valerio was helpful throughout our stay and the apartment surpassed expectations by a mile. Location was perfect and you can't find better in the whole of Rome. Perfect.

Thanks for arranging the shuttle car to the airport. This was very helpful. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was unimaginative and we would have appreciated a choice of cereal.

The owner Valerio was really helpful and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions how to find BB Calamatta before we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed, wardrobe, tea/coffee facilities and TV. It felt like a 4* hotel room. The ensuite bathroom was clean and spacious and hot water was available at all times. Valerio gave us a map with routes to take to see all of the main sites and many more. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

A centrally located and well appointed place to stay, B

Valerio, the manager of the B&B, was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and sat down with us to discuss what we should do during our time in Rome, his local knowledge helped make our stay there a great experience. The apartment was comfortable with good facilities and was very clean. It is in a fantastic location, nearly all the sites in Rome are within walking distance, with the castel San angelo, the Vatican and piazza Navona only a 5 minute walk away.

Great location and comfortable room. The manager, Valerio, made the experience even better. We arrived a little early and when we tried to check in, he told us it would be another 30 minutes. So he sat us down and basically planned out our itinerary in Rome over the next 4 days. After that, our room was ready! We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Fantastic job! Friendly, well-organised, central, and beautiful. Manager Valerio was flexible and very helpful. It was a real pleasure staying there - we'll be back!

Perfect location with lovely rooms. A delicious Italian breakfast is included at a nearby cafe and Valerio (the owner) is fantastic and cannot do enough for you. Incredible value for money - couldn't recommend B&B Calmatta enough. Will definitely be returning.
