I felt like I was staying at a friend's house! Super clean, the manager cleans by himself every day! 5 mins tops from the Arena, and nice breakfast! Just perfect!

-Nice Personal -Clearness in the room + bathroom + kitchen let me impressed -Very nice location (just 10 min walking far from Arena/ City Center) -Breakfest is in a good level if compared with B&B from the same cathegory -The only disadvantage is the availability of just 1 bathroom (to be shared among 3 appartments)

An excellent stay for a long weekend and would definately recommend this to anyone wishing for a well-located B&B with good breakfast, superb cleanliness. Great value for money.

The price is good, and the hostel is placed at 5 min walking to the wonderful Arena. Roberto, the owner,is a very nice and kind person. He cleans personally the kitchen and rooms every day! Breakfast is huge:lot of sweets, toasts... The kitchen is nicely decorated!!!!The only problem was the noise of traffic close to the window, because it is located above a busy street. Roberto said was extraordinary because of some street works. In conclusion, I defenitely recomand this place.

Excellent location, clean rooms, a very kind owner, a nice and cosy place to stay... what else do you need from a B&B?! ;). Definitely to recommend!

Perfect perfect perfect. Clean and cozy rooms and the breakfast was good.

We are so glad that we stayed at this hostel. It was extremely clean and it was almost like everything was brand new. It was nice, warm and felt secure. Not to mention that its like4-5 minutes from the arena. The breakfast was also excellent (pastries, toast, yogurt, coffee etc) . The guy that run the place was very nice and he gave us map and explained everything for the city center. He also let us leave the bags until we had our train during the day. Highly recommended and great value as well.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Bra. Very friendly staff, the owner, Cristiano, was always helpful without being intrusive leaving me to feel as though I was in my own home. Clean rooms. Breakfast is served upstairs where you help yourself to a great choice. Excellent place to stay.

very good hostel, well ubicated and very clean.

It is trully a great place to relax after a days walk around the city. The location is ideal for tourists: really nearby the city center. Grab a map if you can, because the locals do not speak English at all. Neither the host... We managed to communicate through signs and the few words in Italian that we know. Very Ok room rates. Clean and safe. Breakfast was very variate and the old lady that is the host, madre di Roby, is like a granny who takes care that you have everything you need.

it's great accommodation. the staffs are very kind and the rooms are clean. i was able to sleep comfortably.

The landlady doesn't speak any other language than Italian, but she is a very nice and kind person!
