Great value apartment, very clean and modern facilities. Don't get too excited about the breakfast! The espresso machine in our room was amazing though. Very friendly hosts.

We were welcomed by the owner and family. The apartment was immaculate! The private toilet and shower room was immaculate! A real welcome to Venice. A great place to base yourself for exploring this beautiful and romantic city. We will definitely return and stay here again. John and Hannah.

It is a new place, very near to the train station, bus station and ferry stations. It was clean. The staff helped us with tips. The breakfast could be better, but it was ok.

The family of the host is really nice. They offered us a nice room with breakfast. Some travel information is provided. The location is convenient to station and ferry point.

The B&B is newly renovated. Several minutes walk from the train station and very easy to be found. The private toilet is outside the room though. Will stay there again.

Great little place to stay in Venice. Close to the train station/bus station and a short walk from piazza San Marco. Family were very friendly and helpful. Seemed like they've only just finished the refurbishment. Easy to find (which is important in Venice). A little coffee maker in the room and some local pastry made a nice breakfast. Would be definitely be going back.
