We were very surprised when we reached the location. The rating (97% by then) cant't be correct. It's a good place but not worth such a high ranking. Especially the staff and the breakfast were horrible. The best thing is the restaurant 'Da Umberto' next to it.

Brilliant hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a wonderful view of the lake and the food was amazing ... a massive selection of cakes every morning for breakfast, on top of the usual continental breakfast. The evening meals were brilliant as well, the chef is very good. A lovely place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to my friends.
