Nice Place. The staff was exellent. The Albanian Cleaner was very kind and the place was very clean. every thing was in its order and well organised.

I got several e-mails from them that we're long and in baby blue, cursive font. If they want to be taken seriously try shouldn't be sending millions of e-mail in that font color or font. Try black and Times New Roman 12pt font. They made check in super confusing and such a huge hassle. The room was nice and clean. Tv didn't work. only two bathrooms made it hard to get ready in the morning or even use the toilet. The breakfast was very nice. Good location and w/in walking distance of everything.

Lovely stay, great location for short stays in Verona. However the bed was rather hard. The breakfast was very good.

We had awesome 2 nights in Verona and Divina B&B has contributted a lot to it. Easy access, nice staff and cozy facilities.

the rules of checking in and out is really strange, be better pay more attention. the staff works badly which makes us unhappy. 入住条件过于苛刻，员工态度恶劣，让我们住得很不爽。 les rules de check in et check out sont vraiment bizarre...le serveur est méchant aussi....

very lovely and cozy hostel with nice price. breakfast is great.

I was disapointed about the staff.she said i can got an added bed.but she just didn\'t keep the words.they said i\'ve made a mistake to got what she means.i\'m sure i know english and konw what she said.actuaclly there\'s no other tings i can complain.but i was so disapointed about this staff\'s behavier.i feel i was cheated to pay the money.hope it will get better.please just be honest.

We thought that one bathroom wasn't enough for all the rooms to share and since the heating in bedrooms wasn't controllable, we end up sleeping with our window open because it was too much hot. On the other hand the breakfast was very good and complete! The decoration was also great and for the price you pay it's really a good deal because the flaws are small.

a great place to stay. they always put new food every time for us, and daniello (or danielle) was amazing for us, for sure we will return

The room was really great but we couldn´t sleep at night because the staff was playing cards until very late and talking and laughing really loud.

The hostel was really nice. Especially the room! Looked like a hotel room. The breakfast was also ok. We enjoyed a lot our stay and for sure, if we will be back to Verona one day, we will stay in the same hostel.
