When we arrived, it wasn't B&B Elegance but Hotel Hollywood. The directions were very confusing as to where we check in and when we were checking in, there was a slight problem. I received my confirmation and everything but there was no record of it. The room was average with a standard bed but the bathroom was a different story. The sink only had cold water whereas the shower was too hot and the shower doors were broken! There was an AC but no heat! Good thing: near Termini train station.
