very polite, quick to get us checked in at such a late hour. towels left for us and breakfast is basic but good as included in the price. free coffee and tea with very nice balcony with table and chairs. was able to smoke in our room from balcony like most places in italy. bathrooms (2) were very clean for shared ones and they were reasonable in size. bed was changed during our 2 night stay. good value for money and all round nice hostel. 20 mins from train station and 35 mins walk to colosseum

Alessandro is very welcoming, however, it was extremely inconvienent to pay in cash. Wish I would have know that prior to arriving. Alessandro's cat bothered my friends allergies and there were lots of Mosquitos! And don't be fooled by the "B

Bad: there was no fan as the website said and I couldn't sleep the first night because it was so hot. The breakfast was very poor; there was cereal but no milk and no juice, just a croissant and coffee. I ended up having to buy food for breakfast. The showers had hot water but it intermittently went cold, the bed was unbelievably creaky and the guy at reception was hardly ever there. City tax is also added to your bill. Good: it was walking distance from Termini station and had a balcony.

Well.... not bad

A nice place to stay. The room was very nice, and very clean. It was fairly far from the train station in an industrial area with a couple more motels. Rides into the square area were only 7 euro from the hotel's service, but cabs back at night costed as much as 20 euro. I think the value for us may have been eaten up in the transport costs, however If we had rented a car this place would have been perfect and a great value.

We booked with plenty of time but when we arrived Alessandro said he had recieved no confirmation from Hostelworld. He offered us a single bed room and promise that he will give us a bigger next day. Was our mistake to accept but it was not so early. We changed twice of room and once of hostel to the one that has pretty much the same name. Alessandro is a nice person, but i don't think a great host. The second hostel was better located but was too loud. The breakfast was not the best.

I've been in Eleven Rome for 3 nights and it was perfecf. Nice bed, noiseproof window e excelent localization. I only suggest to Alessandro to keep a refrigerator for thests and some metal forks and spoons. It helps a lot! Alessandro is an amazing host and make our time in Rome more interesting. He help us a lot after we make a 24hours flight, transfering us to the Eleven Rome, where the check out is earlier. I trully recomend!

It is exactly what a B&B should be. Cheap, cleanish, quietish... etc. Was there during a heat wave, and there is no AC so that was rough. But other than that it was great place. 7 min walk to the nearest underground, (A Line) which connects to most routes and such. Also, I think that if the staff like you they are your best friend, but if they don't they might not be haha.

An excellent B+B: clean, quiet location, small kitchen available for guests... I had an excellent stay.

The room and accommodations were very nice, however the inability to use credit card due to the broken system was very frustrating. Also, the two locations with the same name was very confusing and should be distinguished for future guests. The location was good for the price, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
