Near bus station and railway station, only 10 min walk - that counts especially if you have to carry luggage. Clean and in the nice area of the town. However, on the day of arrival you have to remember to call first at least 30 min earlier - staff is not always there. Breakfast - some cornflakes, instant coffee, croissant and orange juice - but this is quite typical for Italy anyway. I would go there again - the price was really low (for Venice)

The price was good, but the actual place is WAY on the other side of town from where you have to check in. The women who showed us to our room was really lovely, but our room was clearly a storage unit as it had a laundry machine and a locked fridge. The showerhead was also missing, which was really weird. The room itself was nicely decorated.
