B&B Floralia

B&B is located in the historical center of Florence, 20 metres from the Duomo, near all the other most important monuments of the city and the railway station of Santa Maria Novella. It offers a good family accommodation for your holiday in Florence and the staff will be very glad to help you in all your needs.

The bedrooms have private bathroom inside, and one has a private bathroom (exclusive use) outside nearby the room, all have centralized heating, adjustable electric shovels on the ceiling, digital lcd television and free wifi; they overlook on our private internal court and one bedroom overlook on the typical and historical street of Borgo San Lorenzo; in this bedroom we have recently put in the windows doubles glass for your sleep.

The cleaning is done every day.

In a small room you'll find to your disposition a computer with free internet service and at the reception package, map of the city and safety box are free.

We offers a typical Italian breakfast in the big room near the room of the computer.

Common areas are air-conditioned.

To your arrival we'll give to you the keys so you can move to your liking without respecting any time of reentry.

Finally it will be our care to signal you some typical restaurants to make you taste the best fiorentine specialties at contained prices.

The price of the bedroom include breakfast, sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and phone; include also the use of computer, wireless connection, the cleaning, package, map of the city, and safety box (at the reception ).

From 1st July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council NO.230/33 of 06.20.2011, integrated by resolution NO. 21/2012, has established the tourism tax.

The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The tax rate for this tourist structure is Euro 1,00 for night for person.
There are the following exemptions:
children up to 12 years old ;
people, who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants for patient;
patient who make hospital care in outpatient care;
students of the University of Florence;

It is also provided a 50% reduction of the tourist tax in the following cases:
groups of lower and upper secondary schools in Florence in teaching visit;
athletes under the age of 16 years, members of groups participating in sporting events and tournaments organized in collaboration with the Municipal Administration.

This tax is not included in the price of the room and it must directly be versed during the stay to the b&b.
