unlike recent comments on tripadvisor on this b&b , the staff is friendly and helpful. they let us leave our luggage (7 bags) for 6 more hours the day we checked out. Food is average and they do not offer much options. The best thing about this b&b is location as it is very close to main attractions like the colisseum and fontana di trevi (20 minutes walk) and of course Rome termini.

Nice hostel and aircondition that works! The staff is invisible and you are left to figure things out on your own. When you first meet them, they are polite and helpful :) A little expensive fore a hostel, even for a privet room.

Not allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet, bathroom spelt awful and water from the toilet would back up into the shower basin.

Very unfriendly staff. My pillow had black marks and so did the towel. Yehy only fresh things for breakfast were some plums, the rest was stuff you could store for months, all wrapped in plastic..

Excellent friendly staff and very nice facilities, the AC is specially helpful when there's a heat wave. Not very easy to find though, and the neighborhood is scary at night due to its proximity to Termini. Overall very nice place to explore but expect long walks home due to bad transportation in Rome.

The staff was very helpful, when we could find them. Air-conditioning barely worked. The location was excellent in ts of ease of travel. The neighborhood is really sketchy though. Be careful walking here, especially at night. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The security in Rome is a big problem. The hotel has a excellent location, 5 minutes from main station and the place to take bus to airport. Breakfast is normal, room is clean but to be honest, it is an old building.
