We (two of us) were given a room for four people that was very nice and clean. The location is a little far from the city (10-15 minute walk). Unfortunately our first night there, we were woken up in the early morning by a group of people going around our floor banging on doors and trying to get into rooms. Other than that a good place to stay.

Nice hotel - clean, spacious, modern and well located about 10 minutes walking distance to the old city center and 5 minutes to the main station. Only downside is that there is no acceptable option to leave luggage (totally unattended in the dining room) which I would expect from a hotel of this price category .

Nice and clean room, really spacious and with a nice view (we stayed in a 4 beds private room). Beds, bathroom and all comforts were great. It takes about ten minutes walking to the main square of Graz, thorogh a safe and clean road, served by tram too (stop in front of the building). Car parking was not a problem. We had no occasion to find a single problem.

Nothing to complain about, the room was great, very very clean, the only downside was the odd plumbing in the bathroom that let out stinky smells here and then. Happened twice, no problem if you just close the bathroom door. Otherwise satisfied. We didn't go for breakfast but we heard that it's just coffee and croissants.

The place is great - very close to the historic old town, with lots of shops nearby. It's big, so you have a lot of room and you're not cramped up, and very clean. They also have good staff, which was very kind and helpful (Mrs. Katherine). The only problem is the parking and although they offer some options on their website, I'd like it if they would warn you more about the issue (hard to park in the centre).
