This guesthouse is run by a very nice family that were amazingly helpful to us, not just arranging for airport pickup but giving us lots of really useful local knowledge about what to do in Lima and pretty much everywhere in Peru, helping us to book cheap flights & bus rides around Peru, etc, which was extremely helpful since we don't speak much Spanish! And since they've lived in America it also helps. The rooms were a bit small but the helpfulness of this Peruvian family made up for it!

Angelo and his family are wonderful hosts - they are always ready to suggest places to visit and know where to find the best food in town, along with delivering breakfast to you each morning! We enjoyed our stay at B&B and would suggest it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lima.

angelo the owner and his whole family are super friendly..........weve stayed in quite a few hostels and he was definitely the most helpful and friendliest. they are like 2 mins away from all the action in miraflores, its like a 5-10 min walk. get him to recommend some things for you to do..........he recommended this restaurant to us, i think it was called punta azul, it was the best food we had in south america, and ive been to nearly every country.........

It was a very nice experience, Angello was on top of everything and took very good care of us. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Lima, Peru

Very good hostel, the staff are very kind, the location is perfect and I recomend for everyone, for me it was a bit noisy but no problem at all.

Hi Hostelworld - Although I was only booked into B&B Tradicioones for 4 days, I'm still here! The owners are the most helpful people I've met yet in my travels and they go out of their way to take the time to help you plan your day. Breakfast can be served to you in your room and it's a wonderful way to feel spoiled and start the day! When you travel further from here, they will help with your plans and accomodations. Very friendly and helpfull owners, a perfect place to get to know Lima.

Great accommodations! Best part was the personal touch: helpful advice, deep conversations, and great character. Felt like a home away from home! Not sure if it was due to of being Sunday, but our room wasn't cleaned on our last night there. Otherwise, an absolutely perfect stay and experience. Helped make our Lima stay wonderful!

Angelo was very helpful and friendly. His english is excellent. He immediately gave us a map and good walking routes with suggested places to eat that were great. The place was in a great place. Very close to walking to everything in miraflores. Breakfast was good and simple. If we had any needs they met them with ease.

An excellent place to stay: a comfortable and quiet B&B. Angelo is extremely friendly and informative and goes just that little bit further in helping you with whatever you need. And the breakfast is pretty good too.

Angelo was amazingly helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. We felt very safe and secure there. The showers are hot, you just have to ask for the hot water to be turned on unless you're showering in the morning. Highly recommend.

Showers were cold.

Rather a small room , no large area to relax and the impression of staying in someone's house. Full of furniture it is difficult to relax in this hostl although the owner is extremely helpful. Security is good and traffic noise a problem. The price is also rather high for this style of hostel. No guest kitchen.
