Nice petit house, very good furnished and clean bed/bath. Best bed we slept in on our 7 day Sardinia trip! We did not have anz problems finding the house - signs on the main road navigate you to it. One of the big pluses: you have free WIFI in your room and a good connection. They offer "restaurant service on request" with dishes from 6-8 Euro, 2 course menues from 15-18 Euro or self service for 5 euros. They also prepared a little booklet with tourist sights and possible routes - very nice!
