Fantastic location, incredibly kind and helpful staff, beautiful old building, amazing view of Florence, couldn't have asked for a better place! We were in the room for 5 people and by the description I thought it was going to be small and crowded, very much NOT the case, BRILLIANT room! HIGHLY recommend.

Great value for Florence very friendly and helpful staff the breakfast was simple but enough there is a coffe machine and makes great capuccino. Alan was a great host, he recommended us where to eat (good value and delicious). The rooms simple but they have all what we needed. I highly recommend this B&B

It is a really nice hostel for housing groups of friends or families. Rooms are large and clean. The owners are very nice and helpful, thanks to their attention you can feel like at home. I definitively will came back there!!

This hostel was awesome. The owner was extremely helpful with ideas of what to do during our stay, and the place was spotless. He even came to help us out when we broke a key in the door. Awesome hostel experience.

This is such a perfect place! Alain and Letizia are great : they gave us a lot of tips on good restaurants, places to see... They even helped us book an opera concert! The place is perfectly located, the room was furnished enough for the four of us to sleep, put our surcases and clothes, take a breakfast. We had a room with the window on the Arno... romantic, beautiful... PERFECT! I highly recommand it!

Great b&b -- spacious rooms, own bathroom, nice terrace. Only issue is there is no lift so if you have a lot of luggage prepare to drag it up! Well worth it though, excellent location and great hosts.

Great place to stay in Florence!

Great staff that give you a detailed briefing about the city, point out places on the city map and are always reachable on their cell phone or via e-mail. Free WIFI and free colour print outs. Free bottle of red wine as a welcoming gift. Full tray of little snacks, good for a quick brekkie. Flatscreen TV and stereo in the room. Ensuite bathroom not (always?) ensuite but still fully private, so that's ok. All in all a great place!

Great location - across the river from the Uffizi, which means it's on the non-touristy side but still easy to walk to all the important sights. Letizia and Alan are great - very friendly, helpful, great - gave us lots of suggestions of what to see and do. Every morning, room was cleaned and breakfast refilled. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable B&B. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence.

We loved staying here, and will happily return any time we are in Florence!! Our lovely huge room had a bottle of wine waiting for us, and couldn't have been more comfy!! Alan & his wife were amazing, they came great tips on where to go, where to eat, and how to get around. They even made us fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! if you want to visit Florence, this is the only place to stay!!

Amazing location and friendly staff!!! Our room was very clean everyday and breakfast was a great addition! The staff was very helpful. I felt very safe.

The host where excellent and the location is excellent for easy access to all shopping and main streets.

This is an amazing B&B, and the owners are incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place again, as it provides great value, clean facilities, spacious rooms, and a good location.

The best hostel I have ever stayed in. South side of the river Arno with a garden view and the view of the duomo. It's right next to all the good restaurants in Florence. The owners were very helpful and recommended some good places to visit. There's also a espresso machine which is always a plus. We ended up staying there for one more night and the owners helped us to arrange it out. Stay here!!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Perfect location to explore Firenze, very clean and confortable. Il Magnifico also has the best staff I ever met in a Bed and Breakfast, very professional and very nice.
