i had a very good stay. I booked into a private room and noticed that the mattress showed uncovered springs on top. no way to sleep on it in comfort. But the staff did everything to ease the situation, putting foam on top and even organising another mattress from somewhere else. Standing on the floor I found out the original mattress was perfectly in order, just being put on the bed upside down. Otherwise you can't have a nicer stay.
Very basic accommodation, but cheap, staff were lovely, very helpful, close proximity to food, waterfront and other attractions :-)
The staff at BNB Inn are extremely nice and helpful - they really made an effort to look after us. We had a very clean ensuite room with big window over the street. Would totally recommend this guest house as a base for visiting Kuching and the surrounding area.
Chan was excellent, he picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the local area. He provided a lot of information on how to get around and catch busses which was a lot of help. The accommodation was basic but you get what you pay for so I believe that for what we payed the room was good. At the end of the day we are back packers and all we needed was a friendly face and a safe place to sleep and that is exactly what we got.
Great helpful staff, very clean, close to the riverside, not far from the local bus station and it has the bonus of a kitchen and a rooftop chill area. Chan(the manager) meticulously cleans each room after a guest's departure by moving all the furniture and sweeping/mopping the floor, and then totally airing it out-very impressive!!!! Easy going place where there are no dramas and issues. Calm peaceful vibe! Very secure with a padlock entrance. Rooms are comfortable & economical. Recommended!
Had a simple room with a fan, it was an adequate place to get my head down. Kitchen was good - cooking facilities, fridge freezer, tea, coffee and simple breakfast, also TV with radio. Wifi access in public spaces if not room. Great staff, friendly and so helpful, with lots of tips on getting around around town. Waterfront just a 5 min walk away, major bus stops stops to orangutans etc 10 min walk. Overall, a quiet place to stop for a couple of nights
No complaints for this place. Not in the very centre of town but a pleasant 3 minute walk to chinatown and the waterfront. Staff very helpful, there most of the time and after we checked out they were stll happy for us to chill and use the internet and they called a taxi for us.. they were just really nice and friendly. Great value for money, secure, good shower. We stayed three nights and it was a great place to be based in Kuching. Amazing city!
I had a great time at B&B Inn. Despite being short of staff, everyone at reception was helpful and did their best to make sure I had a good stay.
