Great location...near the train/bus station, but you will have to bus to the tourist part of Assisi. This is a private residence, but one floor is for guests. The room/bathroom/house was very clean and nice! Cristianna was friendly and helpful, but she didn't speak much English so there was a bit of a language barrier. Need to have walking directions from the train station added...it was a little difficult to find. Awesome breakfast!!!
