La Terrazza Nelissen B&B is not raising the price in 2012
We offers accomodation with a panoramic view located on the top floor with a lovely, large and sunny terrace.
When the weather is nice (about 8 months of the year)
you will experience our breakfast, relax and sunbathing on the terrace!
Double room with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning all year round, the guestroom has been recently refurbished with best quality bed linene and towels.
Free Wireless Internet Access ( bring your laptop or use ours) Minimum stay is 2 nights
Located 10 minutes from Elmas airport, Cagliari, Sardinia. Reachable from major European airports by low cost direct flights (ask us for advice about airlines).
Free pick up from/to airport is possible if agreed in advance. Not after 8 pm
Walking distance to the CBD and the Old Medieval Town
Buses n.1 and 9 at the bus stop right outside the front door will take you to CBD town/shopping/museums in 10 minutes and to the BEACHES in 15 minutes.
Very quiet neighbourhood (tough very central) free parking places all around the building, the viale S.Avendrace offers all main facilities (banks, supermarkets, shopping malls, bars, restaurants, travel agencies etc.
Warm welcome and professional assistence with plenty of info in English, German, Dutch and some Spanish.

Latest Review
Felt very at home here, the B&B has only two rooms and as the other was unoccupied during our stay we had it to ourselves. Only downside is it's a little distance from the centre of town but only a 20 minute walk and the bus system is very good, running til around midnight.
