10 minutes before we were due to check in I was sent a text message saying that we could no longer stay there. I would never recommend staying at this place. The man wouldn't even answer his phone to talk to me and would only communicate by text. Very rude and unprofessional. I still want my deposit back.

they cancelled my reservation last minute and they just send me an email. I went for travelling during that time and do not have access to the internet. I just know that they cancel my reservation a day before arrival. I have to find another place to stay.

This hostel charged 10% then 2 days before arrival informed that my booking cancelled and haven't returned my money back...
