Lisella B&B had a problem with hot water, so the owner sent us to another of his B&Bs. It is called Ani B&B and it is fantastic! (I rated that one) For the same price we were upgraded to a room that was much bigger and with a private bathroom. We really enjoied our stay and I think the owner handled the situation best. Ani B&B had a excellent character & atmosphere, I felt very safe (a videocam surveills the appartment door), the location close to san giovanni was fine and it was really clean.

I enjoyed my staying at the Lisella B&B, the bedroom was clean, bright and spacious. Although the location is not in the centre of Rome, it is not far and there is very good public transport connections. Luciano is a friendly person, who will provide useful local information. Areas perhaps for improvement would be to change the bathroom shower rug more often as it is a shared bathroom.
