Internet is charged extra (if your bill is under 100eur) which, nowadays, is not standard practise and is a big minus. The bathroom smelled bad. The breakfast is not in the building, but in a coffee/pastry bar 2 blocks away, and it's not really big (it's B&B after all, you would expect more).

I stayed in a private single ensuite apartment for a week over for Las Fallas. The B&B was in a great location for Las Fallas and was within walking distance to almost everything. Though basic, I had everything I needed. Thanks a lot. Can I suggest you improve your instructions on how to get from the airport to the B&B though? The Metro was very easy, but the instructions on the bus trip were confusing.

Nice, clean and modern accomodation very closed to the green heart of Valencia and Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias (City of Arts and Science). The only one thing I missed is a refrigerator, in a country like Spain it is necessary.

Very good value for money, particularlythe breakfast. Good location for a first trip to Valencia (between the Arts and Sciences Museum and not far from the centre). Plenty of good places to eat nearby and easy to get to the beach from. Our sink wasn't cleaned very thoroughly in our room and the matteress was awful, but other than that no complaints. Offers a cheaper, better value alternative to a mid range hotel and the breakfast is really great anytime between 9 and 11.
