it have real big barroco bedrooms, with balcony and only two block far form lecce historical center. inside is very safe place, but the area is not to nice to walk when the sun goes down. even though is a wonderfull place for a couple travel.

I only saw a member of staff once, when I checked in. There was nobody there when I checked out so I left the keys and a note. Breakfast was very poor. However, the room was spacious and clean. No problems there.

Main reason for staying here was its proximity to the station and the fact that it was relatively. cheap. The Palazzo Barocco has great potential because of its location. Lecce is fantastic but the Palazzo Barocco could do with a serious makeover. Toilet and shower facilities were minimal though reasonably clean. The breakfast also was very basic, though no worse than in a number of places. Hotel 'breakfasts' in Italy are often poor with dingy coffee and plasticky croissants and not much else.
