Amazing hostel! Our host was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were amazing

The place is nice, the people staying there are nice, the owner is nice, however there is one problem. ORGANIZATION! Make sure you double check with the owner that your room is avalible before you arrive (even if you have reservation, contact the owner to confirm it, otherwise you can stay sleeping on a coach in the kitchen). The rooms above 100eu are quite nice, the rooms below 100eu are not very nice. In my opinion for what it can offer the prizes are at least 30% too high.

First of all: my flight was late, so I called them to tell that I would arrive later. Nobody answered the phone. The hostel it's not so easy to spot as they claim it to be, but ok, I could find it. The problem is that after one hour at the door, again: nobody answered. So bottom line, I was alone in a poor and probably dangerous area of Brussel with no place to stay. The unbelievable part is that THEY CHARGED ME FOR THIS. I sent an e-mail to the staff, but, you guessed it, nobody answered.

I loved Phileas Fogg. You can easily get ahold of her by phone. The rooms are perfect, bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had Moroccan pancakes. And She is just lovely. Loved it.

When we arrived nobody was there, we must wait 3 hours and call two times. Then, the woman of staff arrived and gave us one bethroom without do it. In the afternoon the room was good. The breakfast is good. And the location is about 20 minuts on walk to the Le Grand Place.
