A small & charming boutique & flathotel in the historical heart of Brussels , known for its informal family atmosphere.
We offer you the following types of rooms:
'The Blue Room' - a beautiful room, oriental style decoration, with fully private bathroom, terrace, double bed;
'The Mezzanine' - with integrated shower, sink and toilet in the roo
Studio Delphine - double bedroom with full, private luxury bathroom, small kitchenette ( which makes it ideal for longer term stays ) - Wifi, sheets and towels incl. - breakfast incl. in daily rate
degressive rates as of 7 nights ( situated on 2 nd floor )
Studio Henri - doubled bedroom with full, private luxury bathroom, small kitchenette ( ideal for longer term stays - - wifi, sheets and towels incl. - breakfast incl. in daily rate
degressive rates af of 7 nights ( situated on ground floor with direct access to garden )
The Mandarine room - with shared bathroom ( with one other room only )
Studio René - double bedroom with full kitchenette and full bathroom; slightly smaller than studio Henri or Delphine
Don't call on us if you are looking for a sterile place in town ! The house just underwent full renovation, and the 3 studios have been full renovated in Nov. 2012 with very luxurious bathrooms.

Phileas Fogg this hotel is disappointing. It sleeps badly because the frames are bad (noise) and the curtains too thin (light). Everything is under construction, the storage is inadequate. The manager, aggressive enough, wants to control everything, control everything, including customers. Employees are treated poorly. The neighborhood is not nice. I left Phileas Fogg tired and stressed.

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Cancellations need to be done, preferably written, 48hrs in advance, to avoid charges. Cancellations less than 48 hours and n-shows will be charged 2 nights maximum stay.
Please assure that your stated arrival time is correct. If late arrival, please notify. Late arrivals without notification will not be accepted & be charged the night and considered a no-show. The establishment has the right to dispense of room availability as necessary.
