I was placed to another flat, due tu renovation. I got a one room flat in piazza Bellini, with bathroom, so I was upgraded. But I was downgraded also as this room was without breakfast and wifi.

I was very disappointed that even if I booked this B & B Porta Carlo V in Catania and paid $ 5.22 as a deposit from my Visa Card there was no one waiting for me at it ! So I can't make any review about it !

I was attacked twice by the dog. For breakfast, I was given a yoghurt which was 5 days past its expiration date, and nothing else. When I asked for bread, I was given one hard, stale, leftover piece. Both days, I had to wait for someone to agree to turn on the hot water. I was corrected twice on my pronunciation of the work "thanks," told that my body language was defensive, and asked if I was a homosexual. The room, on the other hand, was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable.
