B&B Pratello Reviews

We had great time at B&B Pratello. We think we have made the best choice we could in relation of price and services provided by them. Wifi available so it was a nice thing :). Even Claudia doesn t speak english there is a valid support from somebody else who speaks a perfect english and french as well. The location it's really good next to Piazza Maggiore and the main streets. Moreover via del Pratello where is located the B&B it's a charming street with many tipical pub.Absolutely recommended

It is very unusual that there is a double bed in a 4-bed room. At first there were only three beds, the one that was brought in addition was unacceptable as far as comfort was concerned. Despite being included in the price we had no internet access. It is unprofessional that no change could be offered when we paid. The instructions by the proprietary (when to pay, time of presence) were inconsistent.

The bed and breakfast it's well located only 10 min.walk to the Main square and the area it's a nice and safe one. The owner it s sweety and disposable (unfortunately our plane was late and even we got at the apart. At 2 am Claudia Welcomed with a big smile). The room is simple but well equiped and decorated in a nice way. Nothing to complaint and absolutely the price we have paid it's fair. Recomended.

Cute Bed and Breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom provided a hot/strong shower. We checked in easily even with the language barrier and she helped us reserve a taxi for the morning to the airportt. We left too early for breakfast but the kitchen was available for use.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was very friendly. It may be an idea, to hand out a copy of the map of the old city and to make a handout, what to see and what to do, where to eat etc.

The hostel was okay, quite clean, but the breakfast was very poor (just cerials and grissini).
