Property Information:
Half way between Lecce and its beautiful sea there is the B&B redrooms, very well connected by fast roads. A characteristic of our house is that you can see the stars and we offer a large solarium equipped with gazebos and sdraio.
Breakfast is sweet but depending on the guests and is served in the kitchen or under the gazebo
Since it is a structure allocated in the center the only parking available and free, is about 50 meters in the central square of Surbo.
Only the common area is air conditioned but the rooms are still very fresh and cool.
In winter there is a central heating.
Pets can be accommodated under certain conditions.
Unfortunately we are not targeted at the disabled but the house is placed on the ground floor and
is then easily freely.

The place is very wet, the rooms are damp. The Double Room very small for two people. Small bathroom. Better to choose a bed and breakfast in Lecce.
