This B&B is the best I've ever found. It's close to Arena (100m) and only 10 minutes by walking from the train station. Our room was awesome: very clean, well furnished, free snacks and very comfortable in general. The breakfast area is accessible only between 8am and 10am and it's full of different kind of food. The shared bathrooms are nice and quite clean (the tub was dirty). I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The young Philappina lady, Christine, who was 'receptionist' and also housekeeper was excellent. Sh Dir could have been clearer (eg, 'just before the walled entrance to the Arena'. directions recec (Very difficult to edit what uis written as it is not possible to go back and add or change things.) Christine very conscientious worker.

I seriously could not believe I found this place with such a good price! The location was great. It was right next to everywhere you need to visit. We bought verona cards but only used them for museum and church visits. Never had we use it on public transportation. It's 10min away from the main train station. We didn't know when we arrived so we took a taxi. It was about €8 but once we learnt where we were and where everything was, the station was near.

Nice location and very clean, only annoyance was the heaters which could not be adjusted and left the room quite stuffy and a little overbearing.

Positive point:Nice room, ok location. Negative point:The staff is very rude. It is a little Chinese woman that is responsible for the guest check in, and was no one there when we arrive, so we had to stay on the street on the freezing cold waiting for at least 30 minutes until she shows up after calling her. Luckily I had the number and a cell phone in hand. She didn’t speak English at all, and basically took the money and left. This B&B have a good room to offer if you can get to it !

Clean, quiet and located about halfway between the train station and the city center. The owners were nice once they came to let us in, but we had to wait outside about 15 minutes when we arrived. Make sure you have a phone so you can get ahold of them once you arrive.

Upon arrival we were switched to B&B Vicolo, which was one street over, due to a double booking. This was not at all a problem though, and B&B Vicolo was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very nice and could answer all our questions, and the rooms had a lot of character. They were very clean and quite spacious, and the bathrooms, of which there were many, were modern and almost immaculate. The location is good, just outside the city centre, and nearby are some grocery stores.

Given it's listed under hostelworld, this was definitely not what I expected; more like visiting your posh mates house & staying in his spare room, than being in either a hotel or a hostel. No assistance with maps/orientation, promised wi-fi NEVER worked and hard to access help/advice. Showerhead broken in one bathroom, and don't try to reach to wash your feet in the other (squeeze). If breakfast is important, it's excessively there, but definitely overpriced & no social interaction opportunity.

I actually stayed at the B&B Vicolo. Same owner, so I'm not sure why, but he had me stay there. I'm not complaining, it was a wonderful accommodation! The room was beautiful, very clean, with all the amenities. The shared bathroom was very clean and nice as well. The entire place was very pretty. And the breakfast provided included everything you could want. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Wifi connection is poor. Wouldn't let us connect then connected the next day even though nothing had changed.

Very good hostel: central location, quiet and clean, very good breakfast, rooms are not big, but enough space for tourists who want to see a lot of this beautiful town! I recommand this hostel.

It is an excellent hostel, in an ideal location within easy reach of the historic town centre. The people there are really friendly and the rooms are very good. We used them twice in the same week and definitely didn't regret either visit. Well done!

very clean and very nice! Breakfast was lovely as you had a range of options and full access to a luxury coffee machine. Linens were provided. The B&B is located a little outside of the main attractions but at a great point between the train station and the historic area. A perfect place if you are looking for a quiet and lovely stay.
